The 2017 SIGEP was a record-breaking edition with 1,250 companies. The focus was on international business, trends and professional training. On display, artisan pizza, bakery, gelato and confectionary chains.
208,472 trade visitors (+3.5%), with a significant increase in foreign attendees, up to 41,827 (+29%) from 170 Countries. The 38th SIGEP expo in Rimini ended with these excellent figures.
For Molino Piantoni it was another opportunity to promote its excellent products of flours for pizza, cakes, pastries and bread. 
“For us, the 2017 SIGEP,” explained project leader, Claudia Piantoni, “was an extraordinary edition, confirming that the decision to invest in leading trade fairs was a winning one. We will continue with this strategy to provide the market with new opportunities for growth, also thanks to our new products (Piantoni Mixtures and Gluten Free).”
Claudia concludes: “I would like to thank the Maestros Rosario Piscopo and Mirco Stocco who collaborated and worked with us in these intense days of the fair, and all the collaborators and many guests and visitors who visited our stand.”
