Molino Piantoni speaks French at SIAL in Paris

The world of food returns to the Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) Paris 2018, one of the leading international trade fairs for the sector, which will take place in the French capital from 21 to 25 October.

On this occasion, more than 7 thousand companies from more than 100 countries will present their products to thousands of visitors: more than 160 thousand attendees from almost 200 different countries are expected.

Italy, once again, will play a leading role, with a presence in terms of companies involved second only to France.

Our Molino will be present at the fair with stand 1F 022, hosted in the ICE pavilion, the government agency for foreign promotion and internationalisation of Italian companies.

In addition to presenting its own products, the occasion for Molino Piantoni will be important to reaffirm once again the importance of Made in Italy products.

For this reason, Antonio Ferraiuolo, pizzaiolo at Le sette voglie in San Marco Evangelista, Campania, will be present at our stand. Antonio has been pursuing a quest for quality in his restaurant for years, in close collaboration with Molino Piantoni.

A tireless experimenter, he has recently started free courses to bring young people closer to this art, trying to preserve and enhance precisely those local traditions that inspire his creations. Stories, memories and products that create unique combinations, therefore, after echoing in our country, will be revived in Paris, holding high the culinary traditions and art of Italian pizza-making.
