Molino Piantoni looks forward to seeing you at the 41st edition of SIGEP, the International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee, which will be held in Rimini from Saturday 18 January to Wednesday 22 January 2020.
On show, all the very latest in furnishings, machinery, raw materials and products for specialists, enriched by lessons and forums dedicated to the world of gelato, pastry, bakery, pasta, pizza, coffee and chocolate.
After the success it enjoyed in previous editions, Molino Piantoni returns to SIGEP to present all the latest developments in its professional flours, which have been designed and produced to best represent the Italian tradition and taste.
In Hall D5, stand 108 visitors will be able to participate in a rich programme of events and show cooking sessions conducted by master pastry chefs and pizza chefs who have been collaborating with Molino Piantoni for a long time.
Molino Piantoni’s guests will be the international Pastry Chef, Armando Palmieri, who will be present in the stand from 18 to 20 January at different times of the day, and Molino Piantoni technician, Antonio Cupo, who will showcase his tour-de-force Gourmet Pizza and Pizza in pala (pizza cooked on a peel) in various show cooking sessions and the Melucci brothers from Palma de Mallorca with sweet pizzas and international pizzas.
Guests will also include Luigi Marra, expert in fried pizza and Alessio Russolillo, expert in gluten-free pizza and Gabriele Gianotti, owner of the Locanda del Giglio in Villanova d’Albenga
Pizza master Biagio Fazzi will also be present, who has been promoting the Italian pizza tradition throughout the world. The AVPN (True Neapolitan Pizza Association) will also be there.
