From 16 to 20 October Molino Piantoni will be the protagonist of the Regione Lombardia stand at Sial 2016, the largest exhibition of innovators in the food sector.
A first-rate stage composed of more than 7 thousand companies from over 100 countries in the world will be the setting for the Molino Piantoni area that, together with other companies in the Lombardy Region delegation, will bring the values and quality of Made in Italy craftsmanship to the French capital.
Special attention will be paid to the novelties in the area of Anima di Grano, Nativa and Scivola pizza flours, innovative artisan quality blends for unique doughs and perfect results in terms of taste and organoleptic-nutritional properties.
During the event, members of the Brescia-based Molino delegation will take turns in presenting their own flours and processing techniques.
A unique opportunity, therefore, for Molino Piantoni to increase and affirm even more its identity on the international market and to meet numerous players in the sector who are among the most important and recognised worldwide.
