Molino Piantoni becomes a teacher to show professional pizzamakers in Naples the art of flour production and pizza making.
The course will be held from 27 November to 6 December 2017 at the school of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) which for years has been training pizzamakers and certifying the Italian products that comply with the tradition of the true Neapolitan pizza.
The undisputed protagonists of the 8-day course are the professional pizza flours, certified by AVPN, which over the years has allowed Molino Piantoni to be one of the official suppliers of the True Neapolitan Pizza Association.
