The Molino Piantoni flour products arrive in Las Vegas in order to carve a place out for themselves within the International Pizza Expo, the most important international trade fair dedicated to pizza to be held from 4th to 7th March 2019.

Master pizza chef Vito Iacopelli, a friend and supporter of Made in Italy products, will host Molino Piantoni flour varieties on his stand. In fact, he will actually use Molino Piantoni flour products to create many different types of pizza. The same that have made him famous in the US over recent years.

Vito Iacopelli has both lived and worked Los Angeles for the past six years and his pizzeria “Prova” has been voted by “Gambero Rosso” as the best in south California. Among the various acknowledgements received, in 2017 he achieved the title of “Best Neapolitan pizza” in America. In his restaurant, he proposes the real Neapolitan pizza as well as typical Bari-style appetizers. 80% of the ingredients, including the Molino Piantoni flour products, arrive directly from Italy. Iacopelli has opened two pizzerias jointly with others in Colombia and he is both the founder and owner of a Catering service with a wood-fuelled oven on wheels. On his You Tube channel, he has created an “online school” focusing on the real Neapolitan pizza. On the occasion of the International Pizza Expo trade fair, he will present his new project.
