On 9 September, the ‘Anima di Grano’ master class was held in Alife, precisely at the Caseificio Giusti, and featured a product made by Molino Piantoni.
Anima di Grano is a special product, rich in aromas. Studied and created after thorough checks on raw materials and after careful selection of the best grains. A genuine product with workability characteristics suited to all needs.
The course, held by lecturer Antonio Cupo, was another opportunity to present Piantoni flour, perfect for the preparation of pizza, a workhorse of the master pizza maker, closely linked to tradition and the quality of raw materials.
It was another opportunity to introduce the company and its products, told by someone who really knows the art of pizza-making.
