Molino Piantoni protagonist during the VII edition of the “I Canunsei de Sant’Antone” festival held in Castelcovato last January. This festival is a long-standing tradition in the village in the province of Brescia, and Molino Piantoni was keen to sponsor the event given the strong bond the company has with the area.
In fact all the ravioli (canunsei) were made using Molino Piantoni flour to guarantee the quality and highlight the excellence of this local Brescia brand.
The festival of their patron Saint Anthony has always been an important moment to maintain the identity of the town alive and rekindle public memory with its best cultural, social, artistic and folklore traditions.
