London, cosmopolitan city par excellence, is getting ready for the appointment on 9 and 10 November with the most important European professional event for the Pizza and Pasta sector. The European Pizza and Pasta Show, to be held at Olympia London, will be attended by Europe’s leading companies specialising in the production and distribution of food, equipment and other services.
In this eventful setting full of potential there will also be Molino Piantoni.
With over 150 exhibitors and more than 3,500 buyers from all over the world, the Brescia-based company will bring the artisanal quality of its products to a stage of global significance.
In addition to the professional flours born in recent years, such as Anima di Grano, Nativa and Scivola, Molino Piantoni will present two important novelties: gluten-free flours for pizza and bread/sweets.
During the days of the fair, master pizza chefs will take turns at the stand in show-cooking and demonstrations, and sector experts will present and discuss the new products and their properties and potential.
