On 15 and 16 November 2017, the Olympia London will host the most important Pasta and Pizza Show in Europe. The European Pizza and Pasta Show in London is the largest European professional event for the industry, which will be attended by major retailers and wholesalers, pizza operators, restaurants, hotels and companies specialising in the production and distribution of equipment and food.


Again this year, Molino Piantoni will be one of the 100 exhibitors, at stand 16, presenting its products and in particular its newest offerings, Anima di Grano, Nativa and the gluten-free flours for pizza, bread and baked goods.

During the fair, the stand will feature master pizzamakers taking part in show-cooking demonstrations, and industry experts who will present and discuss new products and their properties and potential.
