Molino Piantoni will be present at Anuga 2017, the Cologne trade fair that this year will take place from Saturday 7 to Wednesday 11 October 2017.
What is the latest news? What trends are emerging? What will be the next big thing in the food sector? The unique trade fair concept of Anuga with its ten separate fairs under one roof and clear focus on the trends of the future doesn’t simply provide answers to these questions, but is also an opportunity to network with decision-makers from all over the world.
Anuga is sponsored by Koelnmesse, one of the four largest trade fairs in the world, and is another opportunity for Molino Piantoni to reach out and bring its products to an even larger international audience in 2017.
During the three days of the fair, Molino Piantoni will present some of its new products, including the Gluten-free line for professionals and amateurs, and other innovative flour products for making pizza, bread, pasta, cakes, pastries and biscuits.
There will be lots of technical training workshops and demonstrations by special guests and Baking Masters.
