EVO50 and Molino Piantoni

On 6 June, the EVO50 pizzeria in Naples hosted a gourmet pizza tasting event with the extraordinary participation of master pizza maker Antonio Cupo, who has long specialised in the preparation of gourmet pizza, which has become one of his workhorses in the kitchen.

Bound to tradition, Antonio relies on flours from Molino Piantoni to create an excellent Made in Italy product made with the finest raw materials.

This is the first Gourmet Tasting at EVO50 and for the occasion an ad hoc menu has been designed to bring the best combinations to the table and give participants an unforgettable culinary experience.

The pizzas created by the master pizza chef represent a perfect mix of all the ingredients of the territory:

Pizza slice with smoked swordfish, Confit tomatoes, toasted hazelnuts, Balsamic vinegar glaze, Stracciatella di Bufala;

Pizza slice with Scottona fillet tartare seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon butter and fresh rocket

Pizza slice with cod fillet, toasted almonds, Pecorino Romano fondue, orange peel

Pizza slice with Philadelphia, Apricot jam, Hazelnuts, Dark Chocolate, Truffle.

Another opportunity for Molino Piantoni to demonstrate the quality of its flours, always designed and made with the careful selection of the best grains and the utmost care in all production phases.
