
The past few weeks have seen us among the players at the 8th edition of the Beer&Food Attraction fair, an event created with the aim of bringing together producers, tasters and the Ho.Re.Ca world to present and discover all the new products in the sector.
A new opportunity for us to tell about new products and the quality of our flour but also to show visitors their processing and how they can affect the final product both in appearance and taste.
Together with us Antonio Cupo, the master true connoisseur of the processing steps and the best techniques for making pizza using Molino Piantoni flours, of which he knows perfectly all the characteristics and potentialities.
Special guests and helpers were the Treviso rugby boys who together with Antonio created unique emotions inside our booth.
We returned full of emotions and grateful towards all the people who came to visit us and expressed interest in our products result of commitment, passion and wisdom.
