On 15 June Nativa protagonist at Albereta

On 15 June at La Filiale, L’Albereta Relais & Chateaux (Franciacorta, Brescia) the event “Nativa, the natural evolution of pizza from ancient Monococco wheat” will be staged.
A genuine product and a quality flour based on Monococco, a superior wheat with ancient origins, for the pizza everyone has been waiting for.
A multi-voice chat conceived by Maestro Franco Pepe, to tell about a project that was born from the collaboration between Franco Pepe, Molino Piantoni and the University of Brescia for the recovery of Monococco, a precious ingredient with extraordinary nutritional properties.

Hence, the Monococco pizza, exclusive to La Filiale, was born, the result of great teamwork: with Franco Pepe’s experience, a healthy and highly digestible dough comes to life. A genuine, superior quality product: pizza, the emblem of Made in Italy, becomes a gastronomic proposal that dedicates special attention to health and the person.
During the event, hosted by Carmen Moretti and Martino de Rosa, owners of the Relais, there will be speeches and discussions by some of the guests, including Franco Pepe, La Filiale
