From 23 to 27 October Molino Piantoni will be present with a stand at Host, the most important trade show of the hotel, restaurant and catering sector, held in Milan.

This event will be an opportunity for growth and for getting to know the new proposals in this sector; it will also be the ideal showcase for Molino Piantoni to tell its story, a story that involves the search for quality, new processing techniques and genuine and alternative natural solutions. These are areas in which the Brescian company has been working for many years with its products and initiatives.

In particular, Host will be an important platform for presenting the latest lines of flour created by Molino Piantoni by selecting the best wheat types. These flours are:

  • Anima di Grano, with wheat germ and therefore a high level of vitamins and minerals;
  • Nativa, a flour rich in fibre, protein and vitamins, but with less carbohydrates;
  • Scivola, a line ideal for dusting

An estimated 1,500 exhibitors from 60 different countries and 135,000 visitors are awaited at this exclusive event, which will be the ideal environment for Molino Piantoni to exhibit its products and demonstrate its quality.
